Course Introduction
This is a 2 day program tailored for participant who wish to enhance their understanding on the important of Lock Out Tag Out.
Lock Out Tag Out refers to certain practices and procedures to perform an operations safely to prevent any untoward any accident.
Objective Of The Course
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify energy sources that required to be isolated.
- Identify various types of Log Out Tag Out devices.
- Implement a single party Log Out Tag Out and a group Log Out Tag Out.
- Write a Lock Out Tag Procedure.

Certification & Validity
Having completed and passed the course, participants will be awarded with Certificate of Training. Without retraining, knowledge might be forgotten while skills may deteriorate rapidly when not being used / practiced. Therefore, yearly retraining is very much recommended.
