This is a 2-day programme specially designed for participants who interested to understand the behavior based safety within human resource management, method and tactic on increasing human behavior based on daily activities. Adopting a culture of Human as an important assets with believe of nothing can be change without human intervention, this programme will help the organization in developing human capital as a resources to increase productivity with correct behavior. Incidents and accident happened in many organization is due to human carelessness, incorrect behavior and wrong intervention, building up correct safe behavior will tremendously reduce accident and incident rate.
