Refund Policy<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

We will provide a full refund less an administration fee of RM25 for written cancellation requests received within 3 days of purchase which has not been accessed and\/or opened.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customer who purchase our online course will receive an email verifying a successful purchase. Our customer service consultant will then contact the customer to create an account within 2 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7  <\/span><\/span>Please understand that with the enrolment and accessing of your online course, you have read and agree to the refund policy. There are no extensions granted for your course. If you do not complete your course by the end-date (7 days validity), there will be additional fees for extended access.<\/span><\/p>\n
