Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a skilled, self-driven and enthusiastic assistant digital marketing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will expand the company’s brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns.
  2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  3. Responsible for managing, driving traffic, online lead generation & lead conversions through PPC / digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Oversee and monitor the different social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc).
  5. Assist in managing and optimizing content for the website and social networking channels
  6. Conduct intensive research on the market’s updates and changes. Identify new online marketing promotion channels
  7. Prepare necessary copywriting & video script for promotion campaigns.
  8. To track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio.
 
Requirements:
  1. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent
  2. Experience with B2B social media ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  3. 1 – 2 years of experience in SEO campaign management
  4. Familiarity with WordPress is a MUST, or other content management systems would be an advantage
  5. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
