Course Introduction
This is a 2-day programs specially tailored for participants who wish to enhance their understanding on the requirement of Health and Safety Committee in workplace.The requirement of Safety and Health Committee has been gazette in OSHA 1994 Regulation 1996 which is an organization with 40 employees required todevelop SHC. Many companies have established the safety & health committee but are they effective and really empowered? This training will guide the participants on the best method in developing effective & empowering safety & health committee.

- Explain the basics of OSHA and its Regulations,

- Determine techniques of workplace safety inspections as committee duty
